     It adopts aqueous solution mixed with pollution-free organic chemical raw materials in a special formula and dye the paper in saturating, which will not result in wasted of raw materials and dye. The colors of coloring agent are controllable according to the requirements.

     The saturation dyeing machine, which saturates the dye into the core of paper the surface of paper, forming a special paper (also called cored paper) whose core and its surface share the same color, is different from the traditional coating one. While the coating-dyeing machine only coats the color on the surface of paper, but the color of core does not change, which is still same to the primary one. Consequently, the saturation dyeing paper is more widely s\used than the coating one is.

     The machine is of electroechanic-pneumatic-hydraulic integration design with a linkage controller and frequency governor, which makes it easy in operation and adjustment. The dry part is an electrical heating oven roll combined with a heat wind dryer, which can speed up drying and heating to improve the efficiency in drying.

     The machine can integrate with the embossing and polishing machines.
