Wooden Pallet Production Line, Pallet Production Line, Wooden Pallet Machine

Wooden pallet production line is used for producing wooden pallets with mould pressing method.

This pallet production line uses small-diameter wood, branches, wood processing residues, non-wood agricultural residues and so on as its raw materials. The procedures of wooden pallet production line are chip preparation, drying and sifting, glue regulating and applying, forming and hot press section and so on.

Chip preparation section is used for making chips with raw materials. The main equipments in this section are as follows. Drum chipper isused for chipping raw materials into small pieces. Chip silo is usedfor storing chips. Flaker is used for flaking chips to flakes. Dryflake silo is used for storing dry flakes.

Drying and sifting section is used for drying and sifting flakes. The main equipments in this section are flake dryer and double stream milling machine. Flake dryer is used for drying flakes. Oversize flakes are conveyed to double steam milling machine to be re-crushed.

Glue regulating and applying section is used for applying glue to flakes and mix them evenly. The main machine in this section is blender. Blender is used for mixing flakes and glue.

Forming and hot press section is used for forming and pressing flakes to boards and sawing them to right dimensions. The main machines in this section are mechanical classi-former and hot press machine. Mechanical classi-former is used for spreading flakes to smooth slabs. Hot press machine can press materials to pallets.

Cooling and storing section is used for cooling and storing pallets. The temperature of rough pallets is very high, so they are conveyed to star cooler for cooling. The star cooler is equipped with exhausting cover, so the cooling effect is better. At last, the wooden pallets are unloaded by unloader.

This wood pallet line adopts hot oil boiler as heating device, which can save energy and operate with high efficiency. Furthermore, compared with steam boiler, it has many advantages, such as lower price of the device, smaller construction area and less consumption of coal and water.

Finished wooden pallets can be applied to stores, warehouses, docks, factories, railways, sea transportation and so on.
