Automatic V-fold Tissue Towel Machine

1.       Parent roll

(1)    Basis weight: 35~55g/m² single ply tissue,

2.       Product specification

(1)    Horizontal cutting length: 230mm;

(2)    Vertical cutting length: 250mm (adjustable);

(3)    Equipped with 4 slitting cutter;

(4)    Embossing: the pattern will be provided by the customer;

3.       Unwinding section

(1)    Two parent roll shafts which can clip the paper core firmly;

(2)    Equipped with devicse which can adjust the position of the parent rolls;

(3)    Tension control system can adjust the tension of the parent paper;

(4)    Pneumatic parent roll loading system;

(5)    The unwinding belt is adjusted pneumatically, when the parent paper is used up the machine will slow down to stop;

(6)    All the pneumatic devices air press are adjustable;

4.       Embossing unit;

(1)    Steel to steel embossing ( two sets);

(2)    The steel rollers were plated with hard chrome, the embossing is very clear;

(3)    Tension adjusting device;

(4)    Broken, winding can effect the automatic stop function;
