heavy agitators with the same shaft,ascending and dropping to open the cover
by hydraulic pressure,the rotation speed of quick homogenization agitator:0-3500r/min(frequency
conversion timing).The rotation speed of slow scratching cliff
agitator:10-100r/min (frequency conversion timing) The homogenization head adopts
hi-speed vane vortex type agitator,slow scratching cliff agitation clinging automatically
the bottom and cliff of pan.it also adopts vacuum suction material,especially
for the powder material,making use of vacuum to suck and avoiding the
powder flying upwards.The whole working procedure carries through under vacuum,avoiding
the bubble comes into being when material under high peed agitation,achieving
the requirement of sanitationasepsis. This system is matched with CIP cleaning
system.The parts contacting material adopt SUS316l,inner surface mirror polishing
300EMSH (sanitary).In order to assure the controlling parts work stable
,wiring controlling parts adopt products of German Siemens.Buttons adopt the products
of Japanese Fushuji,transducers adopt the products of Japanese Panasonic,and
vacuums pump adopt the products of Siemens. This machine is up GMP requirement,which
